1 visits1. Pre-Installation Preparation
Check all accessories of the fixed single-arm basketball stand, including stand main frame, backboard, rim, net, foundation embedded parts, expansion bolts, level gauge and installation tools. Confirm no missing or damaged parts.
Select a flat, solid concrete ground with thickness ≥30cm as the installation position. Reserve enough space around the basketball stand for sports activities, and keep away from walls, power lines and obstacles.

Measure and mark the central positioning line according to standard basketball court dimensions; the vertical distance from the front edge of the backboard to the end line shall be 1.2m.
2. Foundation Embedding & Fixing
Excavate a foundation pit with size 80cm×80cm×100cm at the marked position. Place the embedded steel frame into the pit and adjust it horizontally with a level gauge.
Pour C30 concrete into the pit and vibrate densely. Maintain the concrete for at least 7 days to ensure full solidification before subsequent assembly.
After concrete curing, align the base of the single-arm stand with the embedded frame holes, penetrate high-strength bolts and lock them tightly with a torque wrench to eliminate stand shaking risks.
3. Main Stand Assembly
Lift the single arm cantilever and connect it with the vertical main column via integrated flange plates. Tighten all connecting bolts crosswise to keep the cantilever horizontal without tilt.
Install the anti-shake support rod between the cantilever and vertical column to strengthen structural stability, avoiding swing during fierce dunking and shooting.
Use a level gauge to recheck the verticality of the main stand. Adjust bolt tightness until the stand keeps completely vertical.
4. Backboard & Hoop Mounting
Fix the backboard connecting brackets on the front end of the single cantilever, align the bracket holes with the reserved holes of tempered glass backboard.
Install buffer gaskets between brackets and backboard to reduce vibration impact; lock all fixing nuts evenly to prevent glass stress cracking.
Mount the standard basketball rim at the center height of the backboard (3.05m from ground to the top of the rim). Fasten the rim fixing bolts and hang the basketball net.
5. Overall Inspection & Debugging
Check all bolts of the foundation, stand arm and backboard for looseness; retighten loose parts.
Test the stability of the whole basketball stand by pushing the cantilever hard. No obvious shaking or displacement is allowed.
Measure the standard height of the rim and horizontal position of the backboard repeatedly to meet official basketball game standards.
Clean the installation site, remove excess concrete and metal debris, and complete the whole installation process.
Safety Notes
The installation must be operated by professional construction personnel with lifting equipment to avoid safety accidents caused by improper lifting.
Do not use the basketball stand within 7 days after concrete foundation pouring to prevent foundation deformation.
Regularly inspect all connecting bolts every 3 months and tighten loose fittings in time to extend service life.
