Step 2: Confirm Quotation & Sign Sales Contract
Once you accept the offer, we prepare a formal proforma invoice (PI). It lists product specs, unit price, total amount, MOQ, lead time, Incoterms and payment terms.
We accept T/T bank wire transfer, L/C for large bulk orders. The common term is 30% deposit to start production, balance paid before shipment.
Step 3: Production & Pre-Shipment Inspection
After receiving your deposit, our factory starts manufacturing.
Our standard lead time is 15–25 working days. Before packing, we support photos or video inspection, or third-party inspection if you require, to check the steel frame, tempered glass backboard, rim and welding quality.
Step 4: Shipping & Full Export Documentation
We work with reliable freight forwarders for shipments to US ports. We offer FOB, CIF and DDP shipping terms.
- Full container (FCL) or less-than-container (LCL) sea freight is available.
- We prepare all required export papers: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin for US customs clearance.

Step 5: US Customs Clearance & Final Delivery
For DDP service, we help handle customs duties and clearance. For FOB/CIF terms, you or your US broker complete import filing and duty payment. After customs release, cargo can be delivered to your warehouse or job site.
